• Roscoe is a very dedicated and responsible individual who takes pride in his outstanding achievements. His confidence is limitless and has taken more of a pretentious turn. He feels as though he is superior to others especially in regard to his work ethic, and will often take it upon himself to do everyone else's job in addition to his own because he's the only one who can do so efficiently and effectively. Everyone else's efforts are absolutely deplorable. No wonder Toffee Town is still so small.
  

• Roscoe, much like his father, is also very demanding. His standards are sky high on the planet mars and he will not hesitate to share every crucial detail of why a rock would impress him more than you just did. He expects nothing less than his level of aptitude, but if luck is in your favour, he might spend some of his precious time trying to show you the error of your ways.
  

•  No worries though, he does practice what he preaches. He is about as tough on others as he is on himself, if not more-so. He tends to overwork himself and only tastes the sweet satisfaction of rest once he's passed out from fatigue.
  

• This tiny man does not mince words. He's very forward and asserts his opinions especially when they aren't wanted. He may crush any confidence you had lingering within yourself but at least what he's saying comes from the heart, right?
  

History:
Roscoe is the youngest (and tiniest) in his small family of four. His family lives far out in the countryside, as his father is a carpenter. Shortly after he was born his parents split and his mother went to go live in the city; she just wasn't cut out for such an isolated country life. This left Roscoe's father alone to raise both him and his elder sister. Roscoe's father ruled his household with an iron fist, drilling principles of discipline and responsibility into his kids' tiny lil heads. He set the bar incredibly high for them and expected nothing less than a perfect performance, once Roscoe and his sister were able to work for him.  He was especially hard on Roscoe, who preferred catching frogs by the river than breaking a sweat chopping up and carrying around lumber.

Since they lived so far from any city or highly populated town, Roscoe was never really socialised as a child. (Not that he would be able to have much of a social life anyways bc of how strict his pops was) Later into his childhood, however, he and his family moved to a town closer to the city in order to bring in some better business, and he was finally able to get a  proper education. Roscoe continued to dedicate himself to working for his father even after they moved to town, where there were more opportunities for him. His father's business eventually became well established in town. As a result of this, his father began to put pressure on him to move out and make something of himself. He wanted him to branch out and make a living of his own as he no longer depended on his assistance with work.

Later that day as he was sorting through the mail, a colorful star spangled leaflet caught his eye with the opportunity he needed. A new town with a guaranteed job? Could his luck get any better? Roscoe packs up his essentials in his bag and heads off to Panna Cotta Ferry. It should be a nice relaxing ride... Everything should go smoothly now that Roscoe Uberty is on board.
